What strategies would you use to develop a vision or a set of values?

  • use pictures photos video clips to show exitig values
  • read story to ideantify values or share story of good practice. Find common ground. Examine similar examples of the practice.
  • Brainstorm like spokes on a wheel that spin off a school- to identify a learning community & effect. Find out peoples understanding.
  • Talk to all stakeholders and come to some concensus
  • X Chart what does it look like, sound like, feel like, result in.
